Detailed instructions on how to access your online Library account.

Once you receive your KAUST ID card from KAUST registrar/security office, your name and ID number will automatically be loaded into the database of the library management system.

Create your PIN

Click on the "My Account" link in the top menu bar of the Library website.

If you have KAUST credentials, you can access your “My Library account” using your KAUST Portal ID and password:

If you don't have a KAUST account, you will need to use the "Forgot your password?" link above to create a Library password.

With your personalized “My Library” account you can

• Edit your personal information
• Suggest a Purchase to the Library collection
• Place a Document delivery order
• Place a hold on Library materials (reserve a book)
• Renew library materials, which you already checked-out
• Create your own list of books, articles etc
• Make notes and reviews
• Save your preferred searches etc….
