The University Library building is open 24/7, and access to the study spaces is currently limited to KAUST graduate students, post-docs, faculty, and staff members of KAUST. All other KAUST community members, including TKS students, cannot access the Library at this stage.

Visitors need to reserve their preferred study space by providing their KAUST credentials and need to book a study space by scanning the QR code affixed to each seat and study rooms.

You can book any of the 68 study seats from open reading areas for quiet study and reading. These study spaces are available at both levels. Some of them have iMac desktops. Please read the “info” attached to each study seat from the reservation system.
You can book 13 study rooms available for quiet study and reading, and this is for single use only. All rooms are equipped with iMac desktops. Some rooms have more features. Please read the “info” attached to each study room from the reservation system.
