This guide is intended to assist event organizers at KAUST who want to use the ePoster service outside the library for their ePoster events.
Booking of ePoster Services
KAUST University Library has introduced its ePoster service. This service enables KAUST event organizers to use state-of-the-art digital technology for poster sessions - including poster submission, digital display, preservation, and competitions. University Library is eliminating printed posters and presentations to support the digital campus concept.
The service includes:
- Access to ePoster submission and display through BenQ 65-inch 4K touch screens, offering full-zoom, and many multimedia functionalities
- Preservation of ePosters to the KAUST research repository
Please use this link to book for ePoster services. The user will receive a booking confirmation email from the library booking team.
