Off-Campus Access to Licensed Electronic Resources
Proxy Bookmarklet
For those who often do research off-campus, we recommend that you install the proxy bookmarklet on your browser's toolbar. This will allow you to log into the proxy without having to browse through our library website.
How to install:
Drag and drop the link below to your browser's bookmark/bookmark toolbar.
How to add a bookmark:

- Right-click and add
How does it work?
When you visit any e-journal/e-book/database content (off-campus) and find that you cannot access it, click on the KAUST Library Bookmarklet on your browser bookmark/bookmark toolbar. You will be prompted to log-in using your KAUST username and password. When you have entered the correct credentials, you will be directed back to the respective website. You should be able to access the information.
If I still cannot access the article/book chapter?
If you are still prompted to pay for the information, this usually means that the library does not subscribe to that material. You can request for a document delivery service by emailing illdd@kaust.edu.sa
