Chat with the University Library
The KAUST University Library is pleased to announce its online chat service, making it possible for you to chat with us. We provide real-time instant answers to your enquiries to improve our customer services and complement our “Ask a Librarian” email service. The new service is perfect for people who are too busy to drop-in or make a phone call or to submit a request.
The “Chat With Us” tab is located on the top right-hand corner of the Library website home page. Pull it out, make a request, and a staff member will answer your question in real time during working hours. Out of core hours, the chat box will direct your questions to our “ Ask a librarian” form and we guarantee a written answer by the next working day.
